We offer three differenct open classes to get you dancing and exercising: Tap, Hip Hop, Adult Ballet, Yoga.
Incorporating dance into a fitness regime will certainly keep things interesting and because it is such a fun form of exercise half the time you won't even feel like your working to get fit. These classes will fullfill all your exercise needs. No experience necessary. And we make it easy. No advance registration needed, just pay for each class.
